Kata Buddies in aid of FairFight

Deadline for all entries is midnight 15th September 2023
The rules are simple:
1. this is pairs kata, you need a friend to enter, choose whoever you want, a friend, parent, sibling, anyone really
2. feel free to come up with your team nickname - this is optional, not compulsory
3. choose 1 Shotokan kata you want to practise with your buddy, get together as often as you like and practise wherever you can as one team
4. let us know you want to enter by emailing us your entry form (both in person and online entries are accepted and will be judged as separate categories)
5. turn up with your buddy or send us your videos - medals for all - it’s not about who’s better, it’s about working together and having a good time with friends
6. £10 per team, all net profits go towards FairFight
